Ingredients

Peppermint leaf (bo he), Eleuthero root (ci wu jia), Ginger root (gan jiang), Loquat leaf (pi pa ye), Perilla leaf (zi su ye), Lophatherum leaf (dan zhu ye), Astragalus root (huang qi)

Other Ingredients: Alcohol (30% by volume), glycerin, purified water.

Suggested Use

Internal: One cup of tea, 1/2 hour before each meal; or anything as a sweet tasting substitute for sweets.
Directions: Add 30 drops to 8 oz. of warm water and drink before meals. Best when used with Health Concerns Astra 18 Diet capsules.
